DATA DELETION INSTRUCTIONS

UNA IN SPACE LLC respects your right to request deletion of personal information that we control.
These instructions apply to information collected through:
• purchases, forms, newsletters, and communications with UNA IN SPACE;
• UNA IN SPACE’s private internal integrations with Meta and Pinterest;
• advertising campaign configuration and analytics maintained by UNA IN SPACE LLC.
Our Meta and Pinterest advertising automation tools are private internal applications. They are not offered to the public and are not designed to collect consumer profile data.
HOW TO REQUEST DELETION

Please include:
• your full name;
• the email address associated with your interaction with UNA IN SPACE;
• the service concerned, such as the UNA IN SPACE website, Meta, or Pinterest;
• the relevant account, profile, Page, business, order, or username, if applicable;
• a brief description of the information you want deleted.
For your security, do not send passwords, complete payment card numbers, access tokens, or other sensitive authentication credentials.
VERIFICATION
We may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify your identity or your authority to act for the relevant account or business.
We will use verification information only to process and document the request.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
After verifying the request, UNA IN SPACE LLC will:
1. search the systems and records under our control for information associated with the verified requester;
2. delete or anonymize eligible personal information;
3. remove locally retained platform configuration, analytics, or authorization information where applicable;
4. revoke or remove relevant platform access tokens where appropriate;
5. retain only information that we are permitted or required to keep for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, or dispute-resolution purposes;
6. send confirmation when the request has been completed.
If we do not hold information associated with the requester, we will confirm that no applicable data was found.
TIMEFRAME
We aim to respond to verified deletion requests within 30 days.
If additional time is permitted or required because of the complexity of the request, we will notify you and explain the expected timeframe.
META AND PINTEREST ACCOUNTS
This deletion process applies only to information controlled by UNA IN SPACE LLC.
Deleting information from UNA IN SPACE’s systems does not automatically delete your Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or Pinterest account, or information controlled directly by those platforms.
To delete a platform account or platform-controlled information, use the privacy and account settings provided by Meta or Pinterest.
You may also remove or disconnect an authorized application through the relevant platform’s account, business integration, or app permissions settings.
