UNA IN SPACE LLC (“UNA IN SPACE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose information when you visit unainspace.com, any associated subdomain, or any UNA IN SPACE online storefront linked to or operated in connection with that website (collectively, the “Site”), purchase products, communicate with us, or interact with services and internal applications operated by UNA IN SPACE LLC.
This Policy also covers our private, internal advertising automation tools used to manage UNA IN SPACE’s own business accounts and advertising assets on platforms including Meta and Pinterest.
1. SCOPE
This Privacy Policy applies to:
• the UNA IN SPACE website, associated subdomains, and online storefronts, including pages hosted on Squarespace and the online store powered by Ecwid by Lightspeed;
• contact, newsletter, checkout, and other forms available through the Site;
• orders, customer support, and business communications;
• cookies, analytics, and advertising technologies used on the Site;
• UNA IN SPACE’s internal integrations with Meta, Pinterest, and other advertising or publishing platforms.
Our internal advertising applications are not offered as public consumer services. They are used only by authorized representatives of UNA IN SPACE LLC to manage the company’s own accounts, campaigns, creative materials, and advertising performance.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Information you provide directly
Depending on how you interact with us, you may provide:
• your name;
• email address;
• telephone number;
• billing and shipping address;
• order and transaction information;
• messages, support requests, and other correspondence;
• newsletter or marketing preferences;
• information submitted through forms on the Site.
Payments may be processed by Stripe, PayPal, or another payment provider displayed during checkout, depending on the platform, product, and payment method selected. UNA IN SPACE LLC receives the order and transaction information needed to confirm payment, fulfill an order, issue a refund, provide customer support, and maintain business records. We do not normally receive or store your complete payment card number.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, Squarespace, Ecwid by Lightspeed, and other authorized service providers may automatically collect technical and usage information, including:
• IP address;
• browser and device information;
• operating system;
• pages viewed and referring pages;
• approximate location derived from an IP address;
• dates, times, and duration of visits;
• cookie identifiers and similar technical information;
• interactions with Site content and features.
Information accessed through advertising platform integrations
Our internal applications may access information associated with UNA IN SPACE’s authorized business accounts on Meta and Pinterest, such as:
• business, advertising account, Page, profile, board, Pin, campaign, ad set, ad, and creative identifiers;
• campaign settings, budgets, targeting configuration, and delivery status;
• creative materials, text, images, and links;
• campaign analytics and performance information;
• access tokens and technical authorization information needed to connect to the platforms.
These integrations are used only to manage accounts and advertising assets that UNA IN SPACE LLC is authorized to access. They are not designed to collect consumer profile data or provide services to external users.
Pinterest information is accessed as needed through the Pinterest API and is not retained except for campaign analytics or other information that Pinterest expressly permits us to retain.
3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We may use information to:
• operate, maintain, and improve the Site;
• process and fulfill orders;
• arrange shipping, delivery, returns, and customer support;
• respond to questions and communications;
• send transactional messages;
• send marketing communications where permitted and requested;
• maintain security and prevent fraud or misuse;
• understand Site traffic and performance;
• manage UNA IN SPACE’s own Meta and Pinterest business accounts;
• create, upload, manage, and evaluate advertising campaigns and creative materials;
• comply with platform requirements, legal obligations, and lawful requests;
• establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
4. LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING
Where the laws of the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or similar jurisdictions apply, we process personal information under one or more of the following legal bases:
• performance of a contract, such as processing and fulfilling an order;

Necessary and required cookies are always used. These cookies are provided primarily by Squarespace for the main website and by Ecwid by Lightspeed for the online store. Subject to your cookie choices and applicable law, we may also use analytics, performance, and marketing technologies, including:
• Squarespace Analytics, to understand traffic, visitor activity, traffic sources, and performance on the Squarespace website;
• Ecwid analytics and store technologies, to operate the online store and understand store traffic, product activity, shopping cart activity, checkout activity, and orders;
• Google Analytics and Google Tag, where enabled, to measure website and store usage, interactions, conversions, and the effectiveness of our advertising;
• Meta Pixel, where enabled, to measure website and store activity, advertising performance, and to create or reach relevant advertising audiences;
• Pinterest services and, if enabled, Pinterest Tag, to measure interactions with Pinterest content and advertising and to understand actions taken after viewing or interacting with Pins.
These technologies may collect information such as browser and device information, approximate location derived from an IP address, cookie or advertising identifiers, referring pages, pages viewed, links clicked, and actions taken on the Site, including product views, cart activity, checkout activity, and purchases.
Where required by applicable law, we use cookie banners and consent controls to request permission for non-essential analytics, performance, and marketing technologies. Necessary cookies remain active because they are required for the relevant website or store features to function.
Because the Squarespace website and Ecwid store may operate on separate platforms or domains, each platform may display its own cookie banner or cookie controls. Cookie preferences selected on one platform may need to be selected separately on the other platform.

6. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate our business, including:
• Squarespace, for website hosting, website features, forms, analytics, and commerce functionality where used;
• Ecwid by Lightspeed, for operating our online store, product catalog, customer accounts, shopping cart, checkout, order management, and related ecommerce functionality;
• Stripe, PayPal, and other payment providers displayed during checkout, for processing payments, refunds, transaction security, and fraud prevention;
• shipping and fulfillment providers;
• email and customer communication providers;
• Google, for analytics, measurement, and advertising services;
• Meta and Pinterest, when we use their advertising, analytics, publishing, or business tools;
• security and technical service providers;
• professional advisers, accountants, insurers, and legal service providers.
We may also disclose information:
• when required by law, regulation, court order, or lawful governmental request;
• to protect the rights, property, safety, or security of UNA IN SPACE LLC, our customers, or others;
• in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.
We do not sell information obtained through Meta or Pinterest APIs. We do not use Pinterest API information to target people with advertising outside Pinterest.
7. DATA RETENTION
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information:
• order and transaction records may be retained as required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, warranty, and legal purposes;
• customer communications may be retained while necessary to provide support and maintain business records;
• marketing information may be retained until you unsubscribe or object;
• advertising campaign analytics may be retained while needed to evaluate UNA IN SPACE’s campaigns and as permitted by the relevant platform;
• access tokens and integration credentials are retained only while needed to operate an authorized connection and should be revoked or deleted when no longer required.
We may retain limited information where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
8. DATA SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
Access to advertising platform integrations and credentials is restricted to authorized representatives of UNA IN SPACE LLC. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
UNA IN SPACE LLC and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. These countries may have different data protection laws.
Where required, we rely on legally recognized safeguards for international transfers, including contractual protections or other approved transfer mechanisms.

11. META AND PINTEREST DATA
Our Meta and Pinterest integrations are private internal tools used exclusively to manage UNA IN SPACE LLC’s authorized business assets.
We do not ask users to provide their Meta or Pinterest passwords. We do not sell platform data, combine it with unrelated third-party user data, or use it to provide advertising services to other businesses.
Requests concerning data held directly by Meta or Pinterest must be submitted to the relevant platform. We can only delete information that UNA IN SPACE LLC controls.
12. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The Site and our internal applications are not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.
13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The Site may contain links to, or integrate with, third-party websites, platforms, and services, including Squarespace, Ecwid by Lightspeed, Google, Meta, Pinterest, Kickstarter, Stripe, PayPal, and social networks.
Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy policies. UNA IN SPACE LLC is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our practices, technologies, services, or legal obligations.
